Before sports: FUEL UP!
- drink water
- eat cereal, whole wheat toast, yogurt, brown rice, fruits and veggies
- avoid saturated fats
During sports: PIT STOP!
- keep your body hydrated with small, frequent sips of water
- eat energy bars or bananas for strength
After sports: REFUEL!
- drink water
- eat food with protein and carbs
