Anzac biscuits

Today after lunch, we made some Anzac biscuits.
The ingredients were: 2 cups of rolled oats, 2 cups of flour, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar,2 tablespoons of coconut, golden syrup and butter.
The steps were:


  1. Take all the ingredients except for the syrup and the butter, put them in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Then, take the syrup and the butter and cook it in a pot with some water for about 4~5 mins.
  3. After that, pour the syrupy liquid in the mixing bowl with the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Use a spoon and put it on a cooking tray to cook for about 6 mins in an oven.
  5. Serve on a plate or put it in a box.
